Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Ciroexam (the "Service"), operated from Canada. By creating an account or accessing the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Ciroexam is an independent prep platform for the CIRO Proficiency Model exams. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or connected to CIRO, the Canadian Securities Institute, or Fitch Learning. Nothing on the Service is a substitute for registration with CIRO or for the official exams.

2. Subscription

Paid plans are billed monthly ($29.99 CAD) or annually ($250 CAD). You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains active through its end date.

3. No guarantee

We do not guarantee that you will pass any CIRO exam. Anyone who promises a guaranteed pass is misrepresenting what is possible. Our content is built from the published regulatory texts and the CIRO syllabi; the studying is on you.

4. Acceptable use

You may not redistribute, scrape, or resell the content. Each subscription is for one individual user. Account sharing voids the subscription.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province.
