Do Investment Dealer registrants also use CERTS?

No. CERTS is specifically the MFD CE system. Investment Dealer (ID) registrants use a separate CE program under CIRO with its own portal access.

CIRO is rolling out Member Administrators on CERTS. Have your compliance officer contact CIRO directly via the MFD CE page to be added as an admin for your firm.

I completed a CE course and don't see the credit in CERTS
Credits from CIRO-accredited providers usually post to CERTS within 3-5 business days. If a credit is missing after a week, contact the course provider. They push completion data into CERTS.
