What is CERTS: CIRO Mutual Fund Dealer CE Portal?

CERTS is the continuing-education portal for Mutual Fund Dealer (MFD) registrants. It was previously branded MFDA CERTS; after MFDA merged with IIROC into CIRO on January 1, 2023, the portal moved under CIRO but kept the CERTS name.

I don't see my CE credits after completing a course
Credits typically post within 3-5 business days. If a credit is missing after a week, raise a ticket with your dealer member firm's compliance team. They administer CERTS access.
My firm's compliance team can't see me in CERTS
CIRO is adding Member Administrators on CERTS as part of the merger work. Your compliance officer should contact CIRO directly via the MFD CE program page to be added as an administrator.
