Where is the CSI Canada login page?

The Canadian Securities Institute student login is at csi.ca/student/en_ca/logon/login.xhtml. You sign in with your CSI Student ID (or registered email) and password.

Is csi.ca the same as csiamerica.com or csi.edu?

No. csi.ca is the Canadian Securities Institute, which delivers Canadian financial-services courses. csiamerica.com is Computers and Structures, Inc. (engineering software). csi.edu is the College of Southern Idaho. These are unrelated organisations.

What can I do if my CSI account is locked?

CSI locks accounts after several failed password attempts. Wait 15-30 minutes, then use the "Forgot password?" link to reset. If the lock persists, contact CSI Support at 1-866-866-2601 or via support.csi.ca.

Do CSI and CIRO use the same login?

What is Canadian Securities Institute (CSI)?

CSI runs the educational courses behind Canadian financial-services licensing, including the CIRE (which replaced the CSC in 2026), CPH, WME, and the CIM and PFP designations. Owned by Moody's Analytics.

Can't sign in?

I can't find my Student ID
Your Student ID is in the welcome email CSI sent when you enrolled. If you've lost the email, the password-reset form accepts your email address as well.

Click "Need help signing in?" then "Forgot password?" on the login page and enter your Student ID or email. CSI sends a reset link within a few minutes.

CSI uses Okta for authentication. The most common cause is a third-party-cookie block in the browser. Try a fresh window in Chrome or Safari without extensions, or use a different browser.

Several other organisations share the "CSI" name (College of Southern Idaho, Computers and Structures Inc., College of Staten Island). The Canadian Securities Institute lives at csi.ca only.
