The student-side of csi.ca is where active CSI learners take courses, attempt module quizzes, book proctored exams, and download tax receipts. It uses Okta for authentication.

Can't sign in?

Login form rejects my Student ID
Make sure you're using the full Student ID including any leading zeros. The ID is in your CSI welcome email; the password-reset flow also accepts your registered email address.

After signing in I land on a blank page
This usually means a browser extension is blocking the Okta redirect. Disable ad blockers/script blockers for csi.ca or try a different browser.
I'm an IFSE student: does this login work for me?
No. IFSE Institute uses a separate account at ifse.ca/login. Even after IFSE's CSI transition, existing IFSE students keep using ifse.ca to finish their course.
