MyCSI is the Canadian Securities Institute student account. Direct sign-in link, password reset steps, and what to do if MyCSI doesn't recognize your email.
Official sign-in
https://www.csi.ca/en/my-account
External link to www.csi.ca. Ciroexam is independent and not affiliated with the operator of that site.
MyCSI is the unified account name CSI uses for its student/registrant area. From MyCSI you access your active courses, enrolment history, exam bookings, designation maintenance, and tax receipts.
MyCSI says my email isn't recognized
MyCSI usually expects your CSI Student ID, not your personal email. Find your Student ID in the welcome email CSI sent at enrolment, or use the password-reset flow which accepts both.
MyCSI keeps redirecting to a generic CSI page
Some browsers block the redirect from /my-account to the Okta login. Open the link in a fresh window, or go directly to csi.ca/student/en_ca/logon/login.xhtml.
I see no active courses after logging in
Courses appear in MyCSI within 24 hours of enrolment confirmation. If they're missing after 48 hours, check your enrolment email for a course-window start date, some enrolments have a future activation date.
